He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicanor Ramos and Ignacia Cruz; and his siblings, Elpidio Torres (Lola), Nato Ramos (Celine), Isabel Viruet, Lola Viruet and Generoso Ramos (Ana).
He is survived by: his wife Sonia Ramos; his children, Olga Duncan (James), Cleofe Cruz Jr., George Ramos (Elsa), Carlos Ramos (Octavia), Sandra Ramos and Madeline Niemeyer (Randy); his grandchildren, Ceneca Ramos, C. J. Ramos, Anisa Ramos, Myah Niemeyer, Erik Niemeyer, Eli Iglesias and Nico Iglesias; and his great grandchildren, Ramon Diaz, Sofia Diaz, Luca Diaz, Leilani Iglesias and Carlos Jr..
