He is survived by: his parents, Charles Ralston, Sr. and Ruth Wilcox; his daughter Misty Rios (DJ); his grandchildren, Haley, Ethan and Trinity Rios; his siblings, Debbie Ralston, Charles Jr. Ralston (Mona) and Nikki Smith; and his stepsiblings, James, Brenda and Tony Wilcox. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
He was a member of Local 150 and donated regularly to local charity groups.
