He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Warner Lawson and Marvelean Lawson (Semans). He is survived by: his wife Valerie Lawson of Lagro; his children, Rachel Lawson of Lagro, Rebecca Shafer (Bryan) of North Manchester and James Lawson (Laura) of Wabash; his grandchildren, Breanna Burcroff of Warsaw, Bailey Burcroff of Wabash, Jaxon Warner Lawson of Wabash and Faye Elizabeth Lawson of Wabash; and his sisters, Suzan Hamilton of Lagro, Mary Ann Lawson of Lansing and Beth Gillespie (Rick Stouffer) of Lagro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
