It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Russell Justice of Lagro, Indiana, born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on October 24, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Justice and Anna "Annie" Justice (Johnson); his siblings, William "Bill" Justice, E. Ray Justice, John Justice and Pearlie Mae Kessinger; and his granddaughter Brittany Hall.
He is survived by: his brother Justice Auto Sales; his son James; his wife Debra Justice; his daughters, Misty Frank (Lance) and Stephanie Wagner (Chris Waggoner); and his siblings, Robert Justice, Mary Frasure (Jim), Peggy Orr, Betty Jo McKillip (Ken) and Sarah Polly Cantrell. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren as well as one great-grandson.
