He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Curless and Alice Curless (Putman); his great grandchild Asher Eugene Curless; and his brothers, Ed and David Curless.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Curless; his son Brad Curless (Lisa) of Lagro; his grandsons, Cody Curless (Erika) of Lagro, Austin Curless (Danielle Karns) of Wabash and Dylan Curless (Ellie) of Lagro; his great grandchild Ella McAllister; and his brother Jim Curless of Lagro.
