Fendrick; his sons, Dr. Dale Smith (Deana) of Elgin and Paul Smith (Linda) of Lagro; his grandchildren, Jamie Stephens (Brett), Lynn Greenspan (Andrew), Cory Smith (Angel Nance), Kaitlin Duffy (Andrew) and Courtney Miller (Neil); his great grandchildren, Adin Stephens, Axel Stephens, Warren Greenspan and Elijah Duffy; and his siblings, Eudell Smith (Shirley) of Melbourne and Eudene Holt of West Plains, Missouri..
