Bolen (Hicks) of Kendallville; his stepmother Diane North of LaGrange; his siblings, Westley Thompson of Rome City, Matthew John North (Christy) of LaGrange, Jennifer Marquis of Fort Wayne, Jessica Marquis (Blake Malone) of Fort Wayne, Hailey Thompson of Chicago and Xavier Heltzel of Rome City; his grandparents, Ed, Dolly North of Woodruff, Kelly Prouty of LaGrange, Craig, Janet Liebentritt of Chicago, Brenda and Vern Wallen of Brimfield; his nieces, Maddy and Daisy; and his nephew Matthew.
