He is survived by: his children, Druzelle Renee'Atkins of Los Angeles, California and Howard "Jeff" Atkins of Tennessee; his stepdaughters, Katie Blagojevic of Angola and Andrea Barnes of Tennessee; his grandson Myles Levi Torres; and his siblings, Nancy Wilhelm of Post Falls, Idaho and Charles "Chuck" Atkins of Rathdrum, Idaho. He is also survived by five nieces and four nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Woodruff Grove Church (4860 S 450 E, Wolcottville, IN 46795). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
