Cook, Steven Cook (Denise), Julie Roose (John) and Susan Patzer (Brian); her grandchildren, Brandon Dipert (Kara), Katie Moran (David), Kim O'Hearn (Jordan), Tyler Cook and Ellen Steinbrook; her great grandchildren, Madison, Norah, Porter and Lucy; her stepchildren, Diana Malott and Mike Malott (Reese); her stepgrandchildren, Shon and Sarah; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kirie and Charlotte; and her brothers, Emmett (Ed), Boyd (Butch) and Jack Potts. She was also cherished by her parents, one sister, two brothers.
