He was predeceased by: his parents, John V. Smith and Lucy L. Smith (Tyre). He is survived by: his former wife Lori A. Shull (Myers); his wife Lori A. Smith of LaGrange; his daughters, Carol Konost (Wes) of MacChenney and Darlene Delandy (Richard) of St. Augustine, Florida; and his stepdaughters, Lindsay Ebert (Bill) of Hudson and Sarah Vachon (Josh) of Churubusco. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; one great-grandchild and two brothers.
