He was predeceased by: his parents, Enos S. Troyer and Edna L. Troyer (Troyer); his siblings, Mary Ellen Yutzy, Pauline Yoder and Wayne Troyer; and his brother-in-law Eli Yutzy.
He is survived by: his wife Lorene C. Bontrager; his children, Leonard Troyer (Ruth) of Howe, Enos Troyer (Susan) of LaGrange, Chris Troyer (Carolyn) of LaGrange, Jerry Troyer (Susie) of Howe and Lisa Chupp (Nelson) of White Pigeon, MI; his brothers, Vernon Troyer (Ida Mae) of Goshen and Gerald Troyer (Elsie) of Shipshewana; and his siblings-in-law, Levi Yoder (Esther) of Millersburg and Erma Troyer of Topeka. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
