He is survived by: his mother Edna Hoffman (Yoder) of Gulliver; his wife Patti Hoffman of Gulliver; his children, Ryan Hoffman (Roxane) of Gulliver, Amanda VanKoevering (Phillip) of Zeeland, MI and Stephanie VanKoevering (Eric) of Hudsonville, MI; and his sister Patricia Hart (Tom) of West Branch, MI.
