Vanderzeyde of Indianapolis, IN; her sister Susan Blazak of Hurley, Wisconsin; her brother-in-law Dr. Kenneth Vanderzeyde (Susan) of Destin, FL; and her nieces and nephews, Karen Mattson of Ironwood, MI, Geraldine Macenski of Indianapolis, IN, Elizabeth LaFollette of Destin, FL, Eric Vanderzeyde of Ft.
