She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Dekay and Mabel Randol (Law); her former husbands, David L. Baker, Sr. and Ralph H. Pelfrey; her husband Preceding; her son Richard Baker; and her brother William Randol.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Hall (Harold) of Howe, IN, Sharon Smallwood (Morris) of Howe, IN, David L., Jr. Baker (Susan) of Howe, IN, Dale Baker (Wanda) of Howe, IN and James Baker (Suzanne) of Orland, IN; and her sister Mary Ackerman of LaGrange, IN.. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
