He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bultemeier and Clara Bultemeier (Miller); his wives, Louise Hensinger and Margaret M. Bultemeier (Weber); his siblings, Malinda Bieberich, Alvena Reinking, Norvin "Snorty" Bultemeier, Edgar Bultemeier, Alfred Bultemeier and Walter Bultemeier; and his stepchildren, Fred William Hensinger, Larry Hensinger and Susan Jo Love.
He is survived by: his stepsons, Michael Schlemmer (Paula) of Carmel, IN and Donald Hensinger of Nicholasville, KY; his daughter-in-law Lisa Hensinger of Lexington, KY; his grandson Michael Hensinger of Bloomington, IN; and his siblings-in-law, Helen Shoecraft (Walt) of LaGrange and Paul Weber (Mary) of LaGrange. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
