She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Brouwer and Sadie Brouwer (Kroll); her spouse R. Craig Lewis; her son Kevin Arthur Lewis; and her siblings, Anne Swanekamp and Charles Brouwer.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Ann Krueger (Paul) of Angola, IN, Brian Roy Lewis (Debbie) of LaGrange, IN and Daren Jay Lewis (Rachel) of Garrett, IN; and her sisters, Wilma Horanoff of Adamstown, MD and Janet McKeag (Barry) of Worcester, MA.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
In accordance with a statement by the LaGrange County Health Department, masks and social distancing are required at all times while at the visitation and celebration of life services.
