He was predeceased by: his father LeRoy F. Miller; his brother Jason Wayne Miller; his great-grandparents, Ervin A., Annie Miller, Roy J. Miller, Mervin, Vera Miller and Susie Yoder; and also Norma Jean Miller.

He is survived by: his mother Edna Miller (Yoder) of LaGrange; his siblings, Vernon Eugene Miller, Harley Jay Miller and Delores Ann Miller; his grandparents, Floyd, Katie Miller of LaGrange, Harley and Loretta Yoder of Ligonier; and his great-grandparents, Edna Miller and Dan W. Yoder of Topeka.
