He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Joshua Lamar Bontrager; his grandparents, Laverne, Miriam Bontrager of Shipshewana, Clayton and Carolyn Yoder of Topeka; and his great-grandparents, Ida Mae Bontrager of Shipshewana, Omer, Anna Mae Schlabach of Middlebury, Rosa Yoder of Topeka, Ervin S. Bontrager, Albert Yoder, Ora and Ada Nisley.
