He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl S. Mullins and Mary Mullins (Diehm); his son-in-law Roger Wertman; and his sister Carol Mullins. He is survived by: his children, Johnny Mullins (Autumn) of LaGrange, IN, Sally Wertman of Sturgis, MI, Timothy Mullins (Lori) of Shipshewana, IN and Penny Kapaldo (Waitman, Jr.) of Edenton, NC; and his sister Betty Hagewood of Temple, FL.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
