She was predeceased by: her brothers, Michael and Matthew. She is survived by: her parents, Leonard Jay and Rachel A. Helmuth (Hochstetler) of LaGrange; her siblings, Nathan, Miriam, Ivan, Inez and Margaret; and her grandparents, Floyd, Katie Helmuth of LaGrange, Andrew and Carrie Hochstetler of LaGrange.
