She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Smith and Jewel Smith (Burkett); her husband Floyd D. "Chip" Lantz; her son-in-law Ron Sisco; her daughter Charlotte Begley; her siblings, J. W. Smith, Jack Kenneth Smith, Blanche Parr and Violet Quinn; her nephews, Bobby Parr, Bruce Smith and David Quinn; and her niece Helen Wanda Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Evans (Lee) of Wolcottville, Heidi Sisco of Laotto, Diana Lantz of Ligonier, Linda Thomas of Bristol, Indiana, Roger Lantz of Mesa, Danny Lantz (Janet) of Syracuse, Charles Lantz of Shelbyville and Michael Lantz (Melissa) of Goshen, Indiana. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
