He is survived by: his children, Herbert R. Jr. Levitz (Rhonda) of Angola, IN, Roselma J. Slone (Bill) of Wolcottville, IN, Dan A. Levitz (Brenda) of Angola, IN, Marlene A. Levitz of Fort Wayne, IN, Cynthia S. Yoder (Vern) of Wolcottville, IN, Roberta M. Hill (Charlie) of LaGrange, IN, Carolyn L. Price (Dan) of Topeka, IN, Jeffery W. Levitz (Jessica Hale) of Angola, IN, Jennifer W. Grant (Joe) of Kendallville, IN and Robert A. Levitz (Randi Goodman) of Howe, IN. He is also survived by twenty-eight grandchildren, sixty-two great grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
