She is survived by: her children, Willie C. Mewborn, Arthur Mewborn, Herman Melvin Mewborn, Ervin Ray Mewborn, Vanessa Speight and Eugenia Mewborn; and her brother Herman Suggs. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
