He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Zook and Polly Zook (Myers); his wife Carolyn M. Emerick; his great grandchild Ayden Charles; and his siblings, Roselyn McKinley, Richard, Mervel and Larry Zook.
He is survived by: his children, Victoria Francine Zook (Pamala Johnson) of Atlanta, GA, Christine Marie Miller (Tom) of LaGrange, IN, Kimberly May Yoder of LaGrange, IN and Andrew Eldon Zook (Mari) of Belding, MI; and his siblings, Eva Bowman of Craigsville, IN and Mark Zook (Betty) of Bluffton, IN.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
