He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Bish and Mary Bish; and his sister Pam Whitford. He is survived by: his wife Karen Kunce; his daughters, Jennifer Dingman of Waterloo, Michelle Berkes-Adams of Fort Wayne, Crystal Rodman of Kendallville, Kelli Leiter (Calvin) of Florida and Amber Riddle of Wolcottville; his grandchildren, Blaine Harlan of New York, Nicholas Terry of California, Kimberly Vanderpool of Kendallville, Caedmon Berkes-Adams of Fort Wayne and Delphi Berkes-Adams of Fort Wayne; and his siblings, Robin Campbell of Kendallville, Cindy McGill (John) of Albion, Mike Bish (Judy) of Wawaka and Robert Holcomb. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
