He is survived by: his wife Audrey Mullins of LaGrange; his sons, Johnathan Mullins (Ashley) of Helmer, Gabriel Mullins (Heather Cook) of Garrett and Justin Mullins (Dawn) of Stroh; his grandchildren, Sierra, Logan and Audrey; and his brother David Mullins (Trudy).
