She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Jack Stevens and Betty Kline (Franklin); her daughter Lori LaVon Craig; her stepfather Raymond Ray Kline; and her brother Jack W. Stevens.

She is survived by: her pet Ursula; her daughter Michelle "Shelly" Marie Miazgowicz of Syracuse; her grandchildren, Whitley Craig (Corey Moore) of Sturgis, Cynthia Lowe of LaOtto, Olivia Brunt of Coldwater, Nathaniel Hippenhammer of Orland, Madison Miazgowicz of Auburn, Brendan Miazgowicz of Auburn and Cruz Miazgowicz of Syracuse; and her siblings, Betty Lou Hendrix (James) of Rome City, Paula Fox of Rome City, Kathy Kline of Ligonier, Roxie Sands of Orlando, Walter M Stevens (Glenda) of Kendallville, Kent Stevens (Todd Rupert) of Auburn, Michael Kline (Emma) of Albion, Raymond Kline Jr of Brimfield and Steve Kline (Trina).
