She was predeceased by: her former husband William Patrick; her husband Preceding; her son Johnny Patrick; her grandson Chad Allen Patrick; and her siblings, Sharon Hunter, John D. Halsey and Jack Emerick.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda O'Brien (Mark) of Hudson, IN; her daughter-in-law Christa Patrick of Howe, IN; her grandchildren, Crystal Kemerly (Dammon), Dustin O'Brien, Kayla Hurley (Brian), Kasey Haver (Taylor) and Ashlee Alexander (Cody); and her sister Charlotte Janes of Howe, IN..
