She was predeceased by: her parents, Evah Sthair (Larson) and LeRoy B. Sthair (Bill); her brother Dr. Phillip Sthair; her aunt Helen Larson; and her brother Mark A. Vosteen.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Vosteen of Ligonier and Christina Vosteen; and her cousin Johanna Larson. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; many great grandchildren, extended family and dear friends.
Burial will follow in Eden Cemetery, Topeka, at 1 p.m. Memorial contributions in Caroll's name may be made to Arbor Day Foundation.
