He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Smith and Phyllis Smith (McDaniels); and his wife Barbara Kay Swihart. He is survived by: his children, Bridget Reed (Ross) of Topeka, Becky St (David), Bret Smith (Vickie) of Howe, Jonathan Smith (Tami) of Topeka, Judah Smith (Teresa) of White Bluff, TN and Jesse Smith (Jodi) of Onalaska, WA; and his siblings, Mike Smith (Bernita) of Wawaka and Cheryl Kramer of Topeka. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to International Fellowship Haven or Crossroads Baptist Church Missions.
