She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth William and Henrietta G. Gorsuch (Walton); her siblings, Mary Jo Birch, David Gorsuch and Eugene Gorsuch; and her niece Kathy Hilliker.
She is survived by: her husband David L. Zawadzke; her children, Kay McGinn (John) of Prudenville, Teresa Wells (Craig) of Wolcottville, Karla Wilczewski (Wayne) of LaPorte, Mike Zawadzke (Twila) of Albion and Steve Zawadzke of Wolcottville; and her sister Louetta McClanahan of Florrisant, Missouri. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
