He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Helmuth and Marjorie Helmuth (Hostetler); and his siblings, Judith P. Kimpel and Kerry Helmuth. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley K. Rheinheimer; and his children, Jeff Helmuth (Mary) of Wolcottville and Shannon Clark (Chad) of Montpelier, Indiana.
