She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald James and Alma Stambaugh (Lambright); and her grandparents, Joseph and Barbara Lambright. She is survived by: her former husband Larry L. Welch; her half-sister Karen Peachy (late Jonas) of Harrison, AK; her aunt Katie Biggs (Lambright) of Bonita Springs, FL; her husband Lowell; and her close friend Rita Miller. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many cousins.
Memorials may be given to the funeral home to assist in purchasing a headstone for Barbara.
