He was predeceased by: his stepfather Rick Leazenby. He is survived by: his parents, Rose and Cynde Gaby; his spouse Lindsay Grable; his stepchild Alaina; his siblings, Keanna Boyce, Tricia Cox, Davina Hanna, Krystal Murr, Brian Gaby and Robert Leazenby; and his niece Lacee Fowler.
