She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wortman and Elizabeth Wortman (Nuttle); her significant other Paul E. Cain Sr.; and her brothers, Robert Wortman, John Wortman, Charles Wortman and Richard Wortman.
She is survived by: her sons, Paul E. Cain Jr., James E. Cain and Perry J. Cain. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.
