He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Cope and Mina Cope; and his sister Margaret Lawler. He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Austin (Ronald) of Lafayette and Kelly Michie (Daniel) of Aurora, Illinois; his sister Doris Waltz of Battleground; his grandchildren, Derek (Alicia), Wesley Austin (Allison), Jennifer and Amie Michie; and his great grandchildren, Rayce, Penelope, Ivy and Liza Austin.
