He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Shook and Jane Peffer Shook; and his wife Annie Ryan. He is survived by: his siblings, Jim, Ann Louise Smith (Steve Smith) and Charles W. Shook II; his grandchildren, Caroline Louise Smith, David C. Smith (Amelia) and Daniel S. Smith; his great grandchild Madeline Louise Smith; and also, Robert Shook and Charles W. Shook.
Until Covid, Wes rarely missed a day in the office, including lunch at one of his many favorite downtown restaurants where a table would always be waiting.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be offered to St. John's Episcopal Church or Food Finders Food Bank.
