We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Sharon Kay Day of Lafayette, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hornikel and Bernice Delilah Hornikel (McCleese); her daughter Brenda Byrd; and her brothers, Bill and Dan Hornikel.

She is survived by: her son Edgar Blaine "Eddie" Day, II (Shelly) of Lafayette; her siblings, Karen Shaw (Carl) of Portsmouth, OH and Martin Hornikel (Phyllis) of McDonald, OH; her grandchildren, Megan McWilliams (Cameron), Rebekah Whisler (Trae) and Blaine Day (Courtney); and her great grandchildren, Sami, Charlie, Blakely, Colter, Kaia and Cora.
