She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Edward and Iva Ellen Wentzel (White); her spouse Dale L. Clark; her brothers, Richard Wentzel, Norman Wentzel, Allen Wentzel and Wayne Wentzel; and her grandchildren, Kregg, Gregg, Kelsey and Brianne.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Clark (Penny) of Rochester, IN, Denny Clark (Pam) of Peru, IN, Mark Clark (Janette) of Montgomery, NY, Brad Clark of Lafayette and Brian Clark (Lori) of Lafayette; her brother Leonard Wentzel (Frieda) of Indianapolis, IN; and her grandchildren, Carla, Cassidy, Jami (Brian), Betsy (Jason), Murphy (Alisha), Kourtney (Ronnie), Kariann (Kevin), Kristen (Ray), Tawni (Zach), Tori (Jordan), Max and Kaitlyn (Zach). She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
