He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Kudek; his children, Rebecca (Jonathon Caron) of West Lafayette, IN, Brian (Rebecca Powell) and Andrea of Brownsburg, IN; his grandchildren, Claire, Jacob, Joseph, Catherine Faith, Jedidiah, Morgan and Jenna; his great grandchild Kensleigh; and his siblings, Allen Bales (Sue) of West Bend, WI and Mary Jane Moths of Turlock, CA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
