He was predeceased by: his sons, Lil Rog Warthan and Gary Wayne Warthan; and his brothers, Gary Wayne Warthan, David Lynn Warthan and Henry Earl Warthan.
He is survived by: his significant other Rose Marie Johnson; his daughters, Sherry Myers and Alicia Warthan; his stepchildren, Will S. Johnson and Wytona Edwards; and his siblings, Bob and Kenny. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, seven nieces and two nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Riley's Hospital for Children.
