He was predeceased by: his father Robert L. Hartley. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis J. Hartley (Martin); his wife Betsy Bright Remaly; his siblings, Daniel Hartley (Elizabeth) of West Lafayette and Donna Batta (Tim) of Lafayette; and his stepchildren, Alyssa Remaly of Richland, WA and Conner Remaly of Los Angeles, CA.. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
