He was predeceased by: his parent W. R. "Bob" Kamp. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Willis; his daughters, Sherrie Meiser (Jerry), Michelle Powell (Alan) and Andrea Rinker (Andy); his sister Judy Rodgers; his grandchildren, Hayden Rinker and Dailyn Jones; his niece Bethany Collins; and his nephew Andrew Rodgers.
The family request, in lieu of flowers contributions be directed to the Parkinson's Foundation or Loving Heart Animal Shelter.
