He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Ann (Eberly); his children, Jennifer Hewitt and Michael Hieatt (Tracy); his grandsons, Dustin Hieatt (Emily), Andrew Hieatt (Corrie), Tanner Hieatt (Kristen), Nick Hewitt (Michelle) and Nathan Hewitt (Bobbi); and his great grandchildren, Jaden Hewitt, Lilly Hieatt, Porter Hieatt and Magnolia Brattain.
