As Ralph Edward departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Ralph Edward. Though Ralph Edward may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Schwint and Edna Schwint (Platt); and his sister Phyllis Gernand. He is survived by: his niece Sandra Gernand; and his nephew Stephen Gernand of Lafayette.
In lieu of usual remembrances, contributions may be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital or St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
