A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at the Cemetery Tippecanoe Memory Gardens (1718 W 350 N, West Lafayette, IN 47906).

Memorial contributions in Phyllis' name may be given to Grace United Methodist Church.
