She was predeceased by: her parents, Courtney Johnson and Essie Johnson; her husband Joseph Bower; her siblings, Charlie, Roscoe "Bud" Johnson, Marie Cowgill and Stella Johnson; and her great grandchild Jasper Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Anne Strawsma (Ron), Julie Clark (David), Joseph Bower II and James Bower (Pam); and her brothers, Dale and Denny Johnson. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, two step grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and three step great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army of Lafayette.
