She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Mitchell and Glendabelle Mitchell (Walradth). She is survived by: her husband David E. Hobson; her children, Tricia Wright (Paul) of Lafayette, IN and Michael Hobson (Kim) of Fishers, IN; her brother David Mitchell (Pam) of Middletown, IN.; her grandchildren, Clayton of Lafayette, IN, Carly Wright of Lafayette, IN and Kiley Lanahan (Jason) of Flowery Branch, GA.; and her great grandchildren, Walker Lanahan of Flowery Branch, GA. and Miller Lanahan of Flowery Branch, GA..

Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Soller-Baker Funeral Homes & Crematory, Lafayette Chapel (400 Twyckenham Blvd, Lafayette, IN 47909).
