With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia (Adkins) Hollandsworth of Lafayette, Indiana, born in West Frankfort, Illinois, who passed away on March 12, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Adkins and Dorothy M. Adkins; and her siblings, William R. Adkins (Bill), Marilyn Jane Rogers, Judith Ann Crites (Chet) and Dorothy Adkins.
She is survived by: her husband Reverend Luke Hollandsworth; and her brothers, Robert E. Adkins (Jerri), James M. Adkins (Carmel), Gerald A. Adkins (Brenda), Stephen E. Adkins (Mary Jo) and Timothy L. Adkins (Janice). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Creasy Springs Health Campus, Legacy Center, 1750 South Creasy Lane, Lafayette, Indiana 47905 and will be accepted at the funeral home.
