She is survived by: her husband Keith W. Smith; her sons, Timothy Smith (late Theresa) and Michael Smith (Karen); and her grandchildren, Pamela Whitehead (Donald), Patricia Mills (Jeremy), Melissa Allen (Dave), Angela Smith, Kerri Loft (Brandon), David Whitehead (Lanell), Ryan Smith (Kate), Mark Whitehead (Ashley), Rebekah Ridenour (Matt), Katie Noles (Blake) and Emily (Jake).
